Dear all,
it is once again time to form the Organizing Committee for our annual International Student Conference in English Studies! We are therefore inviting all members of English Student Club X.a. to apply for the following positions (short description of your future duties included):
• Social Media – managing our SoM accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), taking photos of conference-related activities and coming up with witty captions 😀
• Official Correspondence – this mostly involves communicating with presenters and other participants; (year 2 or higher)
• Program Coordination – work concerning general program direction, abstract selection & session scheduling; (year 2+ or relevant experience in similar positions)
• Media & Marketing – media coverage, sponsorship and other forms of cooperation;
• Social & Hospitality – a general category which may include helping out with everything from social events and activities to accommodation and volunteer coordination.

Students selected for the OC will be contacted by Tuesday, 26 November.
